The laser marking system WL 500 LCL offers the possibility to combine three different application areas, depending on customer requirements.
The base model is equipped with a conveyor belt, which transports the printed circuit board into the system, before it is transferred to the next machine in the line after it has been marked. The marking positions for the individual printed circuit boards can be stored in a product specific way.
Depending on the selection of the laser optics (different focus distances) and the data content, the size of the code to be marked varies.
The machine is equipped with a PC as well as a flat screen by default. Thus, the machine can optionally be connected to an existing data network. In addition, the PC offers the possibility to store any number of text editors and is prepared as platform fort he ROMMEL master computer or ROMMEL Line Control.
