WL 700 LCS | CO2 laser marking station
The automatic laser marking station is an inline system which is used for marking printed circuit boards. The completely closed steel sheet base frame offers a solid structure.
The construction method guarantees optimum accessibility and nevertheless, it offers a high degree of safety. The machine optionally runs in marking or throughput mode. The integrated laser is firmly fixed in the machine. The marking material is moved to the marking position below the laser by a conveyor belt.
The codes to be marked are applied by deflecting the laser beam to the printed circuit board and are counterchecked by a camera system integrated in the course of the beam. By means of the fiducial measurement (option), the machine reaches very high accuracy.
„Look and Feel“ concept of menu navigation (If you can operate one Rommel module, you can operate all of them)
Solid ergonomic design
High-quality industry components
For example 5 DMC codes 3 x 3 mm from top and bottom in 7.5 seconds inclusive handling, countercheck and measurement (depending on lacquer density, lacquer consistence and focus distance)
PC control with log function and product memory in basic configuration
Connection to internal suction system
Post-reading of the codes lasered, depending on the focus distance (option)
Maximum productivity thank to the simultaneous marking from the top and the bottom (option)
Marking positions within the area of 460 x 460 mm at a maximum are freely programmable
Thanks to the newly developed conveyor belt with integrated central support, the printed circuit boards can be marked up to their edges
