Measure & Mark-Function

The requirement of highly precise positioning, whether in a marking, assembly or other mounting process, is becoming more and more important.

ROMMEL has taken account of this issue by means of a special vision software. With the "Measure&Mark" function it is possible to recognize geometries on a component and thus to calculate the alignment and actual position. Based on the actual coordinates, the machining process is effected.

By means of this process, small batches can be marked and/or processed efficiently without having to position the parts in an exactly defined position.
