The CI 36050 is a fully automatic high-speed inspection system for plastic cards according to format ID1. The base system provides checks for surface and printing, on one card side. It provides automated 100% inspection of every card with a throughput
of up to 36.000 cards/ hour. The system detects all deviations of print and defects on the surface of plastic cards during continuous card movement.
